At NEST, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
